1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers of Bobardt Enterprises Inc. ("Bobardt," "Company," "we," "us") may cancel services and request refunds. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms described below.
2. Cancellation Policy
A. How to Cancel
Services may be cancelled through the following methods:
- Client Portal: Submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard
- Email: Send a cancellation request to info@bobardt-enterprises.com
- Support Ticket: Open a support ticket through the client portal
B. Cancellation Timing
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Services remain active until the end of the paid period
- No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless otherwise stated
C. Immediate Cancellation
If you request immediate cancellation, your services will be terminated promptly. No prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle unless you are within the refund eligibility window.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility varies by service type:

| SSL Certificates | Non-refundable | Issued by third-party certificate authorities |
| Setup Fees | Non-refundable | Covers provisioning and configuration labor |
| Add-ons & Licenses | Non-refundable | Third-party licensed products |
Refund windows apply to new purchases only. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals
- SSL certificates
- Dedicated server hardware and custom configurations
- Setup, installation, and migration fees
- Third-party software licenses and add-ons
- Services terminated due to Terms & Conditions or AUP violations
- Overage charges for resource usage
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Account credits may be offered as an alternative where applicable
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment
6. Service Downgrades
Instead of cancelling, customers may request a service downgrade:
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- The difference in pricing is not refunded for the current period
- Future invoices will reflect the new plan pricing
- Data exceeding the new plan\'s limits may need to be reduced before downgrade
7. Data Retention After Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to download and back up your data
- After the 30-day grace period, all data may be permanently deleted
- Bobardt is not responsible for data loss after account termination
- Customers requiring extended data retention should contact support before cancelling
8. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers located in the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- The withdrawal period begins on the date of purchase or contract formation
- If services begin immediately with the consumer\'s explicit consent, the right of withdrawal may be waived
- To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of purchase
This provision applies only to individual consumers, not business customers (B2B).
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
- Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may be referred to collections
- Accounts with unresolved chargebacks will not be eligible for future services
10. Policy Exceptions
Bobardt may, at its sole discretion, grant exceptions to this policy in cases of:
- Extended service outages covered under the SLA
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Documented service defects that cannot be resolved
Exception requests should be submitted in writing to our support team.
11. Policy Updates
Bobardt reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
